SupportPress is a help desk theme for WordPress. It provides a WordPress-powered knowledge base for articles and a ticket system for support requests. The idea is that many users will be able to find help in the articles. If they cannot, then they can submit a support request. Staff is able to prioritize tickets and delegate them to other team members. This theme provides a thorough and streamlined way of providing support to your customers.
